Gina Owers

Manager & Director (currently on Maternity Leave)
Gina has been at the Bell Day since 2010 during which time she has studied and achieved a BA Degree in Early Childhood Studies, and her Early Years Teacher status as well as being a qualified trainer.
Gina manages her time across both the Pre-school and the Nursery. Gina ensures that all children get the best start in their education as possible!

Lily Bidwell

Deputy Manager (Currently on Maternity Leave)

Lily is the joint Deputy Manager of the Pre-school and thrives supporting children in their learning and development preparing them for school. Lily is also passionate at sharing her experience and knowledge with staff.

Lily has been at the settings for over 6 years working across all ages whilst gaining her BA Honours in Early Childhood Studies .

Emma La Roche

Deputy Manager

Emma is an Early Years Teacher and qualified trainer, she supports all staff in their development. Emma also supports Lily in overseeing all children's development ready for school. Emma has been across the two settings for over 8 years.

Sandie Hopkinson

Deputy Manager (Maternity Cover)

Sandie is the joint Deputy Manager of the Pre-School and has been at the setting for over 12 years.

Sandie has a wealth of experience in childcare and has been able to put this into good use to help staff progress in their career. In particular she bring knowledge of the schooling system to help families and children to be well equipped and well prepared for their next educationally experiences in school.

Kirsty Reville

Administrator Manager & Director

Kirsty has been at the setting as a practitioner for over 30 years. Kirsty supports Gina within her role of running the nursery on a day to day basis, overseeing the domestic ordering, heath and safety and staff rota's / holidays.

Jenny Rivers

Book Keeper & Director

Jenny trained as a primary school teacher at the Saffron Walden Teacher training College on the same site that the Nursery now occupies. Having qualified she taught in two different schools, before continuing her training to cover Nursery Education. Jenny came back to her roots when joining the Nursery staff in 1993.

Jenny's role is as a senior director and book keeper.

Arthur Coote

Director

Arthur works part-time across both settings. He is an outstanding practitioner with many years experience who enjoys training others in Childcare.
